Return Policy
At pronutrition, we are committed to delivering high-quality natural supplements.

Due to the nature of health supplements and hygiene regulations, returns are subject to the following conditions:

1. Eligible for Return

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery only if:

Product is damaged during transit

Incorrect product received

Product packaging is tampered

Proof (unboxing video & photos) may be required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for:

Opened bottles

Used products

Products returned without original packaging

3. Refund Process

Once approved:

Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refund will be credited to original payment method

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless error is from our side.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

After dispatch, cancellation is not permitted.
